Begin by submitting a commission request through the Inquiry form, including preferred size, timeline, and any inspiration or descriptive notes. reference imagery is welcome, but not required.

After reviewing the request, i schedule a consultation to discuss the piece in more depth. This conversation allows us to refine the concept, align on direction, and confirm the scope moving forward. commission timelines vary by scale and complexity, and will be confirmed during the consultation.

Following the consultation, I create a digital mockup of the proposed work. Once the mockup is approved, a 50% deposit, including the cost of materials, is required before painting begins.

Pricing is calculated at $2.00 per square inch, plus materials and shipping costs. If travel is required, a base fee of $1000.00 and all travel-related expenses are the responsibility of the client and will be outlined and approved in advance.

i begin painting once the deposit is received. After the first draft is complete, i share the work for feedback. minor refinements are incorporated at this stage to finalize the piece.

upon completion, the remaining balance, including shipping costs, is due prior to shipment. all works are carefully packaged and shipped directly by me.

each commission is entirely unique and created exclusively for the client. prints or reproductions will not be made without mutual written permission from both artist and client.
